Bridging Talent and Opportunity: Campus Placement Drive 2025


The Department of Training & Placement, Srinivas University, successfully conducted a Campus Placement Drive on 17 December 2025 with the objective of providing final-year and eligible students with employment opportunities and exposure to real-time recruitment processes. The drive was organized under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Venkatesh Amin, Dean,Institute of Management and Commerce and Institute of Port, Shipping and Logistics Management, with effective coordination by Placement Officers Ms. Swathi Narayan and Mr. Ravi Kumar.

Several reputed organizations participated in the drive, including CSB Bank, Kanchana Group (Hyundai & Ashok Leyland), Kotak Life Insurance, Bajaj Capital, Harsha, and Shriram Finance. Company representatives conducted pre-placement briefings and personal interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, subject knowledge, attitude, and job suitability.

Students from MBA, BBA, and B.Com programmes actively participated, displaying enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the recruitment process. The placement drive was conducted smoothly and provided valuable insights into corporate hiring practices. The event reinforced the university’s commitment to enhancing student employability and strengthening industry–academia collaboration.
